​Boarding Application

1. Proof of UTD Vaccinations, must include EVH 1&4 within six months of arrival, and current Negative Coggins Test within 1 year if in state, 6 months if coming from out of state.

​2. Written response to the following questions with a maximum of one page, minimum one paragraph: Detail a significant conflict with either barn staff or a fellow boarder, and explain how you dealt with the situation. Is there anything you would have done differently?

3. For new clients please schedule a lesson or training ride before submitting your application. This ensures we have time to get to know each other in order to determine if WPF will be a good fit for you and your horse.

Completed applications can be sent to [email protected]. On approval of your application a deposit can be sent to hold your stall for up to 30 days, or, if on a waiting list, until the next stall becomes available.
